Return & Exchange Policy
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original Wudnur Original shoe box.
- Used, damaged, repaired, or modified products will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- A clear unboxing video and product photographs are required for all damage claims.
- Claims submitted without proper video or photographic evidence may not be accepted.
- Products purchased during sales, promotions, or special discount campaigns are not eligible for exchange or refund unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Exchange and refund requests are generally processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.
- Exchange requests can be submitted through our customer support email or WhatsApp.
- Wudnur Original reserves the right to refuse any exchange or refund request that does not comply with this policy.
